- All Sales Final. No refunds or exchanges except if the item is faulty/damaged or the wrong item has been sent.
- Refund or Replacement option is available for defective items.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Customer pays 0% restocking fee for unassembled/pre-assembled.
- Customer pays 35% restocking fee for custom assembled items.
